In addition to working with client experiencing anxiety and/or depression, I have helped numerous athletes overcome performance anxiety, stress, and self-doubt to reach their full potential. As a former athlete myself, I understand the unique mental and emotional challenges that come with being a high-performance athlete. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and visualization exercises to help my clients develop mental resilience and cope with the pressures of competition.

My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and supportive environment in which my clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and ultimately live a happier and more fulfilling life.
