I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist with extensive experience helping adults overcome their generational traumas, relationship challenges, and parenting struggles. I have been striving to help individuals gain a better understanding of themselves and the world around them since obtaining my Master’s degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University.

With over eight years of experience working in various settings such as inpatient treatment programs, non-profit organizations, public health organizations, and private practice, I have developed a passion for helping clients gain a greater sense of self-awareness and self-confidence. My trauma-informed approach is rooted in untangling the complex interplay between childhood experiences, mental health, relationships, and overall well-being.

Utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques, my mission is to help individuals achieve their goals with confidence. My focus is to create a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment allowing clients to process their past and/or current experiences. This space will nurture the development of healthy coping, communication, parenting, and boundary setting strategies.

My belief is that everyone has a unique experience. I aim to meet you where you are and provide a safe space to fit your needs and help you obtain your goals. Above all, I am deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of those who cross my path.
