• Blue Care Network $500/$30 Plan
  • Limited Licensed Clinicians averaging 24 clients per week per quarter receive $300 allowance towards premiums
  • Limited Licensed Clinicians averaging 15-23 clients per week per quarter receive $200 allowance towards premiums
• BEAM Dental SmartPremium Plus 100/80/50-5000(OOP Max)
  • Part Time & Full Time receive 50% of premiums covered by the practice 
• BEAM VSP Vision
  • Part Time & Full Time receive 50% of premiums covered by the practice 
• Sick Pay- Accrue 1 hour of sick pay ($60) per 30 clinical hours billed. Eligible for use after 90 days
