  • Limited Licensed Clinicians averaging 24 clients per week per quarter receive a $300 allowance toward premiums
  • Limited Licensed Clinicians averaging 15-23 clients per week per quarter receive a $200 allowance towards premiums
• BEAM Dental SmartPremium Plus 100/80/50-5000(OOP Max)
  • Part-Time & Full Time receive 50% of premiums covered by the practice
