Our Wellness & Counseling Provider in the Greater Lansing & Grand Rapids Michigan

I’m a mental health intern with extensive experience working in the mental health space, and I’ve dedicated a significant portion of my life to supporting individuals on their wellness journeys. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in various settings, which has deepened my understanding of the complexities of mental health and the importance of offering compassionate care.

Having completed my formal education with a Bachelor’s in Science Psychology, I’m eager to apply both my academic knowledge and my personal life experiences to help others navigate their own mental health challenges. My own journey has taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, self-care, and healing—lessons I now strive to share with others.

I am deeply passionate about guiding individuals through tough times, helping them develop healthier coping strategies, and empowering them to achieve mental wellness. Through empathy, patience, and an individualized approach, I aim to create a safe space for others to grow, heal, and lead fulfilling lives.

I am currently completing my Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University and will graduate in October 2025, this internship is to meet the requirements of graduation. I am clinically supervised by Jessica Bonneville, MA, LPC, MITS.
