Helping people navigate through life's transitions is my passion. Your counseling services will be based on a relationship characterized by trust and respect and conducted in a nonjudgemental environment. I will individualize your therapy, tailored to your needs, working together to identify goals for counseling and to move toward meeting those goals. I enjoy working with people of all ages, including children and adolescents.

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I have the training to address the unique challenges of individuals who have experienced traumatic stress.

I also am experienced with alternative types of therapy, such as play therapy and art therapy. With a 25 year history of working with children and teens in the classroom and specialized training in play therapy, I can help you and your children navigate the many stages of development.
