Who Am I?
Often therapy can be the first step on a journey to bettering our lives. It is an honor to help those who take that courageous first step forward. Within my role, I look to assist clients to take those steps to a better tomorrow within their own terms.
As a therapist with a trained background in multiple theoretical approaches (cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, person-centered therapy) I seek to understand my clients through their own uniqueness. Validation, inclusion, and passion are at the forefront of my therapeutic approach.
My educational background began at Central Michigan University (fire up chips!) where I completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2018. Following this endeavor, I attained a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2021.
Within my personal life I enjoy spending time with friends and family, including my loving partner and my rambunctious yet (extremely) adorable orange tabby Chopper. I am also passionate regarding video games, books, and card games.
