Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Tracey Darling, LMSW. Since 2013, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals and couples transform the past and create lives that feel authentic, vibrant, and truly their own. I am passionate about supporting trauma survivors, 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, people navigating major life transitions, and couples working to strengthen their relationships and reconnect with one another.
I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Michigan State University and have dedicated my career to helping clients build confidence, clarity, resilience, and self-trust. Known for my calm spark and confident edge, I bring a dynamic, down-to-earth presence to therapy, creating a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected.
How I Help
I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. My approach is collaborative, empowering, and grounded in authenticity. I view therapy as a partnership where we work together to identify your goals, build on your strengths, and create a path forward that feels aligned with who you are and who you want to become.
I tailor therapy to each client’s unique experiences and needs. As an EMDR-trained clinician, I utilize evidence-based approaches alongside practical, personalized strategies to help clients heal from past experiences, break free from limiting patterns, and move toward lasting growth. Whether supporting personal transformation or helping couples strengthen their connection, I bring a grounded, interactive style that balances compassion with meaningful action.
I value openness and honest communication throughout the therapy process and encourage feedback along the way. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, embrace change, and build fulfilling lives rooted in confidence and self-assurance.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy running, reading, and spending time outdoors. I believe growth happens through movement, curiosity, and genuine connection, and I strive to bring those values into both my work and my life. My goal is to support each person in creating meaningful change and living a life that feels both fulfilling and fabulous.
