Who Am I?
Asking for help can be difficult, and it takes courage to take that first step. I’m honored to walk alongside you as a supportive guide during this part of your journey. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and accepting space where you can explore life’s challenges, process past experiences, and move toward healing and growth at your own pace.
My lived experiences as a queer, neurodivergent, Chinese American transracial adoptee inform my clinical work and deepen my commitment to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and affirming care that honors the complexity of identity, belonging, and resilience in the people I serve.
I received my B.S. in Public Health from Beloit College in Wisconsin (2019) and my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan (2020).

Fun Fact
Outside of sessions, I’m usually doing something creative, checking out new food spots, or going for a run. I also have two cats who occasionally make surprise guest appearances during virtual sessions. They like to think they’re part of the therapy team. I know finding the right therapist is about more than credentials. The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the process. I aim to create a space that feels warm, genuine, and comfortable, where you can show up as yourself and feel truly supported.
