Counseling is a wonderful process of discovery, and I enjoy the gift of being a part of the journey. My primary goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental place where you can turn your tangled thoughts and feelings into growth. You are the expert on yourself, and I serve as a guide helping you get to where you want to be.

I have had great success utilizing a strength-based approach to build upon skills you already have, and incorporating a blend of therapy techniques to best fit you.

I received my B.S. from Michigan State University, and my MSW at the University of Texas at Arlington. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) I enjoy working with teens, adults and couples on a variety of issues, including addiction, self-esteem, self-discovery, life transitions, identity, women’s issues, and relationships.
