Who Am I?
Sometimes life just feels like too much.
Between the weight of the world and the demands of our own lives, it’s common to feel burned out, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. You might be carrying anxiety, grief, loneliness, identity-related stress, or unresolved trauma. If this sounds like you, I’m here to help.
As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, empowering space where healing is possible and you don’t have to navigate things alone. I’m dedicated to helping you explore how your lived experiences have shaped your mental health, and to walk with you as you reclaim your voice, your worth, and your peace. I support clients in building insight into their emotions and needs with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment.
How I Help
I work with people navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, trauma, relationship stress, and burnout. I have a particular passion for supporting individuals whose experiences may include marginalization or feeling unseen in traditional therapeutic spaces. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and am committed to honoring the complexity of who you are.
In my work, I strive to practice cultural humility, honor intersectionality, and advocate for client well-being in and outside of the therapy room. I’m especially attuned to the ways systemic harm can impact mental health and aim to offer therapy that’s affirming and validating of each client’s unique experience.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, transparency, and advocacy, I’d be honored to work with you.
