Finding the time to care for our mental health and work through our challenges can be exhausting in a world that is always on the go! I am here to help you slow down, and provide support, compassion, and empathy to help you reach your goals.

I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and parents. For the last couple of years, I have supported families through various transitions in life. Some of these include receiving various mental and physical health diagnoses, pregnancy, moving, divorce, and transitions with school. I have also worked with adolescents and adults with anxiety and depression. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to show how thoughts relate to our feelings and then to our actions. I am dedicated to providing a safe space for clients to reflect and share their feelings. I am here to help you process them in a calm environment and help develop useful coping skills.

I also have experience in a hospice setting and supporting individuals and families through times of grief. As a former cancer survivor myself, I understand the complex feelings associated with health, survivorship, and the tie between physical health and mental health.

I graduated with both by Bachelor’s and Master’s of Social Work with a focus on mental health. I am originally from the west-side of the state and have lived in both Michigan and Ohio.
