In today’s fast-paced world, making time for our mental health can be tough. I am here to assist with helping to support you through difficult experiences from the past or present. My areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, PTSD, and parent coaching.
I am also very familiar with the complexity of working with individuals with various chronic illnesses. Having battled cancer myself, I understand the intricate emotional states related to health, the healthcare system, survivorship, and the connection between mental and physical health.
