Who Am I?
I would like to help my clients on their journey of self-discovery. I feel it is important for one to understand all that makes them who they are and how they function, so that when they make goals, they are able to achieve them. If you are struggling through anxiety, depression, trauma, or low self-worth, then I want to work with you, whether it means working with you and your partner, your family or on your own. When you are able to understand yourself and your needs, then the tools and skills needed to help you are easier to select and be more useful in our counseling together.
How I Help
My role is to be your guide and part of your support system. I may ask you to dig deep to discover parts of yourself that you may be uncertain of, and to grow and change in ways you may not feel is possible. My job is to provide trust, compassion, and understanding and to make sure that you are validated and supported during your journey.
Therapy is something for everyone, no matter what your struggles in life are. Change will always happen, and with change can come growth. If you are looking of someone to help you work towards positive self-changes, then I feel we will meet goals and see the changes you are hoping to see in counseling together.
