Okemos & Virtual

I want to help clients who feel misunderstood, estranged from society, or who are dissatisfied with their daily life or current relationships. You may feel anxious in situations deemed normal by others or unmotivated to engage in everyday activities. You may believe that something is innately wrong with you or that you are overly sensitive. I provide a safe space for clients to process difficult thoughts and feelings, express their authentic voice, and identify how change is possible and within reach. I want to help improve your self-awareness and self-esteem, and learn how to prioritize self-care to build and maintain mental health.

I have the ability to see potential where others cannot. I listen without judgement and ask questions that create rapport and trust. I facilitate the safe exploration of past experiences, current anomalies, and sources of stress, as well as a better understanding of what and how meaning is created and maintained.

I truly believe that everyone is the expert of their own life experience. Change is absolutely possible, and prioritizing mental health is the catalyst for finding meaning and connection. I invite you to reach out if you are interested in working together to gain a better understanding of your current struggle as well as identifying opportunities for growth.
