As a licensed clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience, coupled with a previous certification as a Music Therapist spanning over 15 years, I believe in the power of therapy as a collaborative partnership to unveil the wisdom, truth, and resilience within individuals to overcome present obstacles. I embrace a strengths-based perspective with a person-centered approach while incorporating diverse techniques like CBT, humanistic, and mindfulness practices tailored to your unique needs. Social justice values, including diversity and inclusivity, underpin my therapeutic practice, extending a warm welcome to individuals from all walks of life.

Michigan State University awarded me with a dual Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy and Psychology, as well as a Master's degree in Social Work. With more than 20 years of professional experience within the Lansing area, I've primarily worked with hospice care for over a decade. I specialize in working with adults across all age groups, eagerly anticipating our first encounter.
