We all have times when life may feel overwhelming or seemingly impossible to navigate alone; that is where I hope to help! My mission as a therapist is to provide a safe space wherein my clients can
take a front seat in their own healing process. I find great meaning in being open, honest, and laid back with others. I am an attachment based and trauma informed therapist that believes in the strength we
all bring to each other.

I have both a Bachelor’s Degree as well as a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Michigan State University where I was also trained in Child Welfare and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy. I have experience with individuals healing from past and current traumas, individuals that have been or are involved in the foster care and adoption system, individuals managing family
dynamics, and with individuals experiencing changes related to high school transition, college changes, and/or job stressors. I work with individuals of all cultural and ethnic backgrounds, as well as
those identifying within the LGBTQIA+ community. I am beyond honored to join you on your journey through life.

Let’s celebrate your resilience together!
