We all deserve to heal, grow, and hope. My goal as a therapist is to collaborate with clients to create a comfortable, safe space where healing from pain and trauma, positive personal growth, and sustainable hope can happen.

I enjoy taking a holistic approach to wellness, acknowledging the connection between our mental, emotional, and physical areas of health. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences and Master’s degree in Social Work, both from Michigan State University. My passion for holistic wellness inspired me to complete a yoga teacher certification program, only deepening my love for this interconnected and intentional approach to health.

Life can bring many challenges be it building and maintaining healthy relationships with others, navigating transitions, struggling with grief and loss, or feeling stuck and uninspired. I love supporting people as they explore their strengths, process their feelings, and find hope in their lives.

I am excited to meet you and join you on your journey to healing, growth, and hope!
