Who Am I?
As a therapist, I am committed to meeting you where you are at, no matter what that may look like.
I graduated with my Bachelor of Social Work from Michigan State University and went on to earn my Master of Social Work from Western Michigan University. Throughout my years at both schools, I worked with people of all different backgrounds in many different settings, ranging from the courthouse to schools to clients’ homes. Regardless of who you are and who you want to be, I am here to support and empower you to reach your biggest goals!
How I Help
My priority is to create a space where each client feels safe enough to express themselves fully and unapologetically. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, childhood trauma, religious trauma, PTSD, adjustment disorders, and LGBTQIA2S+ related concerns. In my sessions, I like to use a strengths-based and person-centered approach to provide my clients with the tools needed for personal growth. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and theories such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, strengths-based, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy. It would be a privilege to work together to figure out what works best for you!

Fun Fact
When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with family and friends, kayaking, hiking, and keeping up with my favorite sports teams (Go Green!).
