Who Am I?
I am a clinical therapist and higher education professional with over a decade of experience supporting individuals across academic, healthcare, and community settings. Throughout my career, I have worked in mental health, disability services, accessibility, student support, and case management, with a strong focus on helping people navigate life transitions, chronic health concerns, stress, and emotional well-being.
In addition to my therapy practice, I serve as an Academic Specialist and undergraduate advisor in the Neuroscience Program at Michigan State University. I previously worked as an Ability Access Specialist with the Resource Center for Persons with Disabilities, where I supported students and employees with chronic health conditions and co-occurring disabilities through advocacy, accommodations, and resource coordination.
I also completed my clinical social work internship at a Level 1 trauma hospital, where I provided support to patients and their families, participated in clinical assessments and care planning, and helped connect individuals with community resources and ongoing support services.
I am especially passionate about the intersection of mental health, education, and healthcare. My goal is to create a compassionate, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work together toward your goals.
I hold master’s degrees in Higher Education and Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University and Grand Valley State University, and I am honored to bring my diverse professional experiences into the therapeutic relationship.
