All people should have a safe space where he, she, or they can feel accepted for who they are. Finding that space can be difficult. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for anyone I come in contact with. Trust is not something that can always be freely given, my goal is to earn yours. I hope that together, we can work and grow. I hope that we can be a team striving to attain the goals you have set for yourself. Therapy can present itself in many forms, sometimes we may laugh, cry, reflect, amongst other emotions, all of which are valid and all of which can be therapeutic.

I work from a person-centered approach to therapy. It is my belief that you matter and you know yourself best. I am there to understand and help guide you to whatever you want to attain. I am interested in working with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions and stressors, and couples. I like to provide resources and education to all clients.

I received my Master’s in Counseling from Palo Alto University. I am devoted to continuing my education. I am trained in human-trafficking and racial trauma.

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind.
